Entry requirements:
✅Successful completion of the Advanced Certificate in HRM from a recognized national or international institute or
✅ Human Resource Management Undergraduates or
✅G.C.E. A/L with 1-year executive experience or
✅Graduate from a recognized University or
✅G.C.E. O/L with 3 years of Executive Experience.

Registration
✅ Once registered, a student is expected to start the program and complete it successfully within the first offering. However, for any student who is not successful in the first offering, the period of registration will be valid only for another two consecutive offerings of the program.

Awarding of Grades
✅ The grades are awarded as follows. The passing mark for each course will be 40%, which is equivalent to a Grade ‘C’.

Those who are not successful in achieving a passing grade for a subject at the first attempt will be allowed to sit the final examination at the subsequent offer of the course. A maximum number of two repeat attempts are allowed for each course. To qualify for the Diploma in Human Resource Management, a student needs to obtain a minimum of a ‘C’ grade in each course.
